Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-01-01

1. The service

apocalypsetitle.com ("we", "us") provides Wyoming LLC formation, registered-agent service, and coordination of property acquisition or transfer into the formed LLC. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a written agreement before work begins.

2. Not a law firm

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. The structures and templates we use are informed by Wyoming statute and standard practice but they are not tailored legal counsel. For tax, estate, asset-protection, or jurisdiction-specific questions, retain independent counsel and an independent CPA. We will work alongside them.

3. Lawful use only

Our service is for lawful asset structuring and personal privacy. We will not knowingly assist with concealing assets from judgments, evading taxes, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose. We may decline or terminate any engagement at any time for any reason consistent with applicable law.

4. Fees and refunds

Fees for each tier are listed on the pricing page and confirmed again at checkout. State filing fees and county recording fees are passed through at cost. Once the LLC has been filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State, the formation portion of the fee is non-refundable. Unused portions of registered-agent service or ongoing maintenance are refundable on a pro-rated basis.

5. Engagement and confidentiality

Information you share with us during the engagement is treated as confidential. We do not share client identities, holdings, or communications with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform the engagement (e.g. with the Wyoming Secretary of State, FinCEN, the IRS for an EIN, or your title company).

6. Beneficial ownership and KYC

Federal law requires us to collect beneficial-ownership information for each LLC we form and to file it with FinCEN. We cannot waive this requirement. We can hold the information ourselves under the engagement, but we cannot file it falsified or omit it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted to this page. Material changes will be announced via the contact email on file for active engagements.
